Just like in all competitive sport, when you have a match, it relies on prior agreement between competitors that the loser will consent to lose gracefully and will, if applicable, forfeit the winnings, and/or hand over the trophy, and/or give losers consent. Sport, business and in fact all across the activity of human society we have depended on this system and we still do. Losers of the referendum (LOTR's) have attempted to have a rematch, or have their losing result anulled. The quest to do this has ripped our country apart, and the longer the quest continues the more damage will done.
