In line with the implementation of the above-mentioned Executive Order, please take note of the following key provisions:

1. Office Working Hours
All Municipal Offices shall observe the following schedule:
a. Regular Working Hours: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday
b. Work-From-Home Arrangement: Every Friday

2. Offices Providing Essential and Frontline Services
The following offices are not covered by this Executive Order and shall remain fully operational to ensure continuous service delivery to the public:
a. Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO)
b. Municipal Health Office (MHO)
c. Municipal Environmental and Natural Resources Office (MENRO)

3. Skeletal Workforce Arrangement
Personnel from the following offices shall implement a skeletal workforce arrangement:
a. Municipal Engineering Office
b. Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
c. Tourism Ecological Fee (TEF) Personnel

4. Energy Conservation Protocols
To promote energy efficiency, the following measures shall be observed:
-Air conditioning units shall be maintained at a standard temperature setting of 24ยฐC.
-Air conditioning units shall be turned off at 12:00 noon during lunchtime.
-Non-essential lights and electronic equipment shall also be switched off when not in use.

๐—–๐—ข๐— ๐— ๐—œ๐—ง๐—ง๐—˜๐—˜ ๐—›๐—˜๐—”๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ก๐—š | February 26, 2026, the Committee on Youth and Sports Development conducted a hearing on the SK Annual Budgets of Barangays Sufatubo, Laguimit, and Congan, with the presence of the Committee Members and invited guests Mr. Jovencio Sentillas Jr., MYDO-Designate, and Mr. Amer Unding from the Municipal Budget Office. The respective SK Chairpersons of the said barangays were also present during the deliberation.
The proposed budgets were reviewed for compliance and proper allocation to youth programs and activities.
