The 29 beneficiaries of the TUPADโ€“DepEd Convergence Program from Barangays Pagbennecan and Nagsabaran Norte carry out their 10-day community work at Castor Z. Concepcion Memorial National High School in Balaoan, La Union, from August 3 to 20, 2026.

The beneficiaries undertake various community, environmental, and maintenance activities within the school premises and its surrounding areas, contributing to the cleanliness, upkeep, and improvement of the school environment.

The initiative is implemented through the partnership of the Local Government of Balaoan, headed by Mayor Carlo Castor U. Concepcion, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Department of Education (DepEd).
