📢 SEMINAR ANNOUNCEMENT

The City Government of Trece Martires, through the Office of the City Cooperative Development Officer, is pleased to announce a Seminar on Basic Accounting for Non-Accountants designed to strengthen the financial management skills of our cooperatives.

This seminar is required for the General Manager, Bookkeeper, and Treasurer of all cooperatives under Trece Martires City Cooperative Development Council (TMC CDC)

On February 28, 2026, the City Government of Trece Martires, through the Office of the City Cooperative Development Officer, successfully conducted the Cooperative Management and Governance Seminar at Amore Function Hall, in Brgy. Luciano, Trece Martires City, Cavite, a vital training program mandated by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).

The seminar gathered officers and members of local cooperatives for a meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and empowerment. As required under Article 44 of Republic Act No. 9520 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) Rule 7, Section 5, this training serves as a foundational requirement to strengthen cooperative leadership, ensure effective governance, and promote transparency and accountability within organizations.

Through initiatives like this, the City Government continues to support and empower cooperatives, recognizing their vital role in community building, economic growth, and inclusive progress.

The City Government of Trece Martires, through the Office of the City Cooperative Development Officer, successfully conducted “Byaheng Kooperatiba: Bringing the CDA Services to the People” on February 10–11, 2026.

In partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority, the activity aimed to bring essential government services closer to our local cooperatives, ensuring accessible, efficient, and people centered assistance.
