We were out speaking to residents in South Meadow Well yesterday. Lots of you mentioned about anti-social, and sometimes even criminal, behaviour in the area which is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We’ve asked for an update from the new Northumbria Police team which is dedicated to the area and will provide residents with an update when we hear from them. If you want to get in touch about these issues then please do email us on [email protected] or message us here.

Don't forget, tomorrow we'll have Laura and Jack from North Tyneside Council at the centre, available from 11:00am, to discuss tenancy issues with residents of North Tyneside.

Starting on Wednesday 20th May, we'll have Laura and Jack from North Tyneside Council at Cedarwood from 10am till 11am, to discuss tenancy issues with residents. This will be available at the centre every two weeks, on a Wednesday.

This Thursday 21st May 5-7 The Meadows is hosting a Ridges Tea.

Free for all residents all you will need to do is contact the meadows book your space and complete a quick survey.

Help is also available if you need support with the short survey.

We are hosting two old school Ridges Teas on Thursday 21st May between 5-7pm and Thursday 28th May between 3-5pm.

This event is part of the consultation for Pride in Place. This government initiative is going to bring in £20 million into Percy Main, East Howdon, parts of Meadow Well and parts of North Shields over the next 10 years, and we want you to have your say about how this money should be spent.
