🔸STEP 1- Incoming SNED and TRANSFEREES mag kuha sang Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF) sa MES Covered Court ukon sa SNED Building kag para namn sa previous SNED learners magkuha sng CONFIRMATION SLIP sa inyu tagsa tagsa nga Adviser.

🔸STEP 2 -Magkadto sa Grade 5 Building para sa pagpakuha sang HEIGHT and WEIGHT sang bata

🔸STEP 3 - Magkadto sa grade level kung sa diin ang bata mapa enrol

✏️ REQUIREMENTS
For incoming SPED:
*Naga edad sang lima ka tuig asta sa OCTOBER 31,2025
*PSA Birth Certificate/BAPTISMAL/BRGY. CERTIFICATION
*Doctors records/assessment ( if available)
