Community update for Renter & landlords...
COVID RENT RELIEF PROGRAM
This is a one time payment made directly to landlords for those renters in New York State who meet the requirements. Renters can apply even if you have paid your rent in full. This program covers rents from April 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020. Please read and follow the instructions carefully. Application process ends Thursday, July 30, 2020.
Landlords before you proceed with the eviction process see if your tenants meet the requirements. If they do, you could receive the rental income you are looking for!
