Although my case was dismissed on a procedural deadline, not because the facts were disproven my commitment to truth, transparency, and accountability remains unchanged.

I respect the court’s decision, but I also believe our community deserves answers to the questions that remain. This journey has never been about one person or one election; it has always been about protecting the integrity of our democratic process.

I am deeply grateful for your prayers, encouragement, and unwavering support. We may be disappointed today, but we remain hopeful, united, and committed to a better future for Zapata County. God bless you all.

Locked… or just looks locked? You decide.

Dear Zapata, the recount just ended a few minutes ago and we are ecstatic! To begin with, the facts are as follows: The state of Texas did not allow the recount to be completed due to numerous discrepancies and irregularities with votes, ballot numbers, and broken chain of custody logs. Zapata, this recount was more than 10 challenged votes. This goes to show that the opponent and his team are used to presenting false accusations to make themselves look better. We will present a formal video with all facts discovered during the Martha Morales recount once it is completed and formally presented. Thank you to the thousands of people waiting patiently with us. We are going to get our democracy back.
