We are the City of Yuma Employees Association, Inc.; established in 1965 as a non-profit organization for the mutual benefit of all City employees. Our main objectives are to encourage social, cultural, economic, and educational activities of the members, and to foster a spirit of loyalty and service to the City of Yuma. These objectives take shape in many ways. C
OYEA members can look forward to the following:

How is COYEA operated? A Board of Directors determine the policies and general activities of the association. They include the President, Immediate Past President, First and Second Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and six Board Members. All are elected by the association, YOU. Who can be a Member? Any City of Yuma employee whether working or retired City of Yuma employee in good standing, as well as their spouse and unmarried children under 19 years of age are eligible for membership upon payment of the proper dues. How much are the dues? Dues are $24 yearly and are conveniently paid through payroll deduction for full time employees. $1 per payday for each member enrolled. Part-time employees must prepay their annual membership in advance. How can I join? Just fill out a payroll deduction authorization and beneficiary designation form. These forms are available from Human Resources and on the COYEA SharePoint site. When does the board hold their meetings? The COYEA Board meets the 2nd Thursday of every month. All members can attend the meetings, however, please contact a board member prior to the meeting date to establish a seat, as seats are limited. Questions?
