Monday June 8th at 5:00 pm the Youngstown Lions Club is having a pre-event basket raffle at Sam’s Wedge Inn in Austinown till 7pm. Everyone can participate in a 50/50 drawing, winner chose at 7pm. Also another 50/50 winner pulled next Saturday at Penguin City in Youngstown. More info to follow

Today at the Lions Our speaker was Kristen Bodendorfer of Diva Donations, an organization that Krista started that gives dresses and accessories to girls who otherwise would not be able to afford them. The organization requires that the girls post a $50 deposit that is then refundable if they do several hours of community service. To date the organization has helped over 8,000 young ladies enjoy their prom or homecoming events.
