Congratulations, Sergeant Cantwell!

We are proud to recognize Sergeant Casey Cantwell as the Employee of the Second Quarter. He was nominated by a deputy in recognition of his exemplary performance.

Since joining the Sheriff’s Office in February 2005, Sgt. Cantwell has consistently provided outstanding service to both the office and the citizens of Kendall County. He is currently assigned as a sergeant within the Corrections Division. Sgt. Cantwell’s work ethic and attention to detail make him a great asset to our office and the community.

Sgt. Cantwell currently oversees the afternoon correctional shift in addition to his role as the Commander of the Corrections Emergency Response Team (CERT). Sgt. Cantwell leads by example and is always willing to help out and mentor newer team members. He demonstrates sound decision-making and can handle complex and rapidly evolving situations calmly and effectively. He treats everyone fairly and with respect and dignity, creating a positive atmosphere within the facility.

Sgt. Cantwell’s positive attitude, along with his dedication and professionalism, stands as a testament to his commitment to both the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of Kendall County.

The KCSO employee recognition program is focused on recognizing employees for the great work they perform. This program helps identify employees who deserve special recognition whenever they perform their duties in an exemplary manner. Citizens may also be recognized under this program for an act that deserves recognition.
