This office ensures that tax dollars are managed responsibly, that bills are paid on time, and that schools, county departments, and local entities receive the funding they rely on to serve our community. Accuracy, experience, transparency, and accountability are essential in every aspect of the job.

That’s why I’m running for Marion County Treasurer. The County Treasurer is responsible for safeguarding Marion County’s money.

While the Treasurer doesn’t decide how tax dollars are spent, the job is to make sure every dollar is received, protected, accurately recorded, and distributed on time to the places that rely on it—our schools, cities, fire departments, and county services.

It’s a role that requires experience, accuracy, transparency, and trust, because when county finances are handled well, everything else can run smoothly.

That’s the kind of steady, responsible leadership I’m committed to providing as Marion County Treasurer.

📌 A little about my background and why I’m prepared to serve as Marion County Treasurer:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in County Government
• 3 years as Chief Deputy Treasurer for Baxter County, working daily with county finances and operations
• 2 years as Deputy Treasurer right here in Marion County
• 15 years as a business owner and a small sheep operation owner
• Over 30 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience across multiple industries
• Currently completing my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
• Member of the Arkansas County Treasurers Association
• Treasurer for the Friends of the Marion County Library

These experiences have taught me what it means to work hard, serve others, manage every dollar wisely and make decisions that don’t just affect me, but others also. These values are what guide me every day in public service.

I’m so proud of the work Enterprise Printing Company Inc. did on my campaign signs. They have been out for a while now and I never get tired of seeing them. All of my campaign materials have been purchased here in Marion County. It was important to me to make sure the money I spend on my campaign stays here in Marion County. When people ask me what I’m most proud of it’s these people in this picture❤️ Running for County Treasurer wouldn’t be possible without my family’s constant support. They’ve been right there with me every step of the way—walking in parades, passing out information, setting up signs, stuffing bags, and even helping build floats. I’m beyond grateful for their love, patience, and belief in me, and I love that the grandkids get to be part of this journey too. This photo captures just a small piece of what this experience means to our family.

Thank you Flippin Chamber of Commerce for putting together this years Holi-Dazzle Parade and Santaville!

Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped by for selfies, and we even got the Grinch to help with our snowball toss game! 🎅🤶💚

So much hard work goes into making events like this happen, and seeing the joy and big smiles on the kids’ faces made it all worth it. These moments are what make our community so special. ❄️✨

Marion County was bursting with Christmas spirit this weekend — so many celebrations, smiling faces, and community traditions all wrapped up in one festive couple of days. Moments like these remind me just how special Marion County truly is. ❤️

Thank you Bull Shoals Lake White River Chamber of Commerce for organizing this event! Great to see everyone come out and enjoy the parade!
