💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

At NAMI Wayne and Holmes Counties, we stand together this May to raise awareness, break the stigma, and remind our community that mental health matters every single day.

1 in 5 adults experiences a mental health condition each year, but no one has to face it alone. Whether you’re navigating your own journey or supporting a loved one, help, hope, and healing are possible.

👉 This month, we encourage you to:
✅ Start a conversation about mental health
✅ Check in on friends, family, and neighbors
✅ Learn about resources and support in our community
✅ Practice self-care and kindness toward yourself

Together, we can create a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

💬 Need support or want to get involved? Reach out to us today.
📌 Follow our page for local events, resources, and ways to connect.

You are not alone. 💚
