The WHWCNC is an official advisory body to the City of Los Angeles representing the stakeholders of the Woodland Hills Warner Center neighborhoods. Stakeholders are those who live, work, own property or participate in the community. The NC is responsible for creating community, improving the quality of life in the neighborhood, ensuring the delivery of City services and educating the stakeholders on how to better participate in City government.

The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council will be at the New Friends Homeless Center’s 15th anniversary today from 6-7:15pm. It is during their regularly scheduled outreach program serving dinner to our unhoused neighbors. Volunteers are always welcome!
