🚨 FAIRENTRY DEADLINE REMINDER! 🚨

We are just ONE WEEK away from the June 15 deadline for livestock, clothing, and communications entries in FairEntry!

We are still missing quite a few entries, and we need your help. If you plan to participate in the fair, please take a few minutes to log in and select your classes.

⚠️ Important Reminder ⚠️
There has been some confusion this year regarding registration systems. Completing your identification in 4-H Online or an FFA JotForm DOES NOT enter you in the fair.

To exhibit at the Madison County Fair, you MUST also log in to FairEntry and select the classes you plan to exhibit.

👑✨ Calling all future Madison County Fair royalty! ✨👑

The Madison County Fair Prince & Princess Contest is now accepting applications for 2026 Fair Royalty!

Students who completed 3rd or 4th grade in Spring 2026 and reside in Madison County are eligible to apply. Contestants must be available for judging on June 27 and during the Madison County Fair, July 15–19.

Our first class filled quickly, so Madison County Extension has added a second opportunity for youth to learn the skills needed to become safe, confident, and responsible babysitters.

All of these exhibits must be entered through FairEntry by June 15. Please note: this is a separate deadline from the 4-H Online and JotForm submissions that were due last month.
