We’re reaching out today to ask for support for one of our residents who is currently facing a difficult season.

Due to a sudden reduction in work hours, they’ve fallen two months behind on rent — not from lack of effort, but from circumstances outside of their control. They are actively working, staying committed, and doing everything they can to remain stable during this transition.

We’re opening this opportunity for community sponsorship to help cover a portion of their housing costs so they can remain safe, supported, and housed while they regain financial stability.

A Strategic Call to Action: Transforming Mental Health and Public Safety in North Carolina

Wilson, NC — Johnson Enterprises & Transportation Systems (J.E.T.S.), in partnership with The 11:59 House, is seeking to launch a transformative initiative aimed at reducing violent crime by addressing its root causes: untreated mental illness, homelessness, and lack of access to care.

This initiative will introduce an independent living facility supported by healthcare professionals, scheduled therapy, prescription management, and exclusive transportation services. It is designed to serve individuals who are often financially poor, homeless, and without support, conditions that exacerbate mental illness and increase the risk of violence.

“We’re not just responding to crisis, we’re building infrastructure that prevents it,” said Dustin Johnson, Founder of J.E.T.S. “This is about prevention, safety, and healing. It’s time to invest in solutions that work. We have to treat the root, not the symptom.”

A Direct Appeal to Local Government Officials:
We invite county commissioners, city leaders, and public health departments to engage with us in shaping this initiative. Your support, through funding, referrals, and policy alignment, will be critical to its success.

A Strategic Opportunity for Hospital Systems and Healthcare Partners:
We are seeking collaboration with hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, and behavioral health networks to provide wraparound services and contract-based transportation. Together, we can reduce ER overload, improve continuity of care, and create safer communities.

Public support and institutional partnerships will be essential as we move forward.
