Join us for Tai Chi! Free for adults 55 and older.

Tai Chi is a low impact exercise class that is gentle on the body. This class is suited for all ranges of mobility, and includes seated exercises for those that cannot stand.

The Glenn County Senior’s Centers would like to give a huge thank you to RJ Painting & Decorating for painting the exterior of the Orland Senior Center COMPLETELY FREE.

As a nonprofit that struggles to pay the power bill, donations like this help ensure that there is a future for the Glenn County Senior’s Centers. We would like to recognize the hard work, time, and money that was donated by RJ Painting & Decorating, and hope that the community can too.
