If you lived, worked, went to school, attended church, raised a family, or spent significant time in the 29th & Grove area, I want to hear from you.

Throughout September, Sistahs Can We Talk is recording 15–20 community stories about life in and around 29th & Grove—our memories, our concerns, our health experiences, and our hopes for what comes next.

This isn't about having the “perfect” story. It's about making sure our community's experiences aren't forgotten.

Interviews will take approximately 15–20 minutes and can be scheduled at a convenient time.

Your voice can help educate others, preserve our history, and help our community move toward healing.

We’re at the Carl Brewer Community Center at McAdams Park today from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. sharing information about TCE groundwater contamination near 29th & Grove and free health testing available through Clearway Testing.

Our Clearway partners from Hunter Health, Love Clinic & Med Spa, Project Access, and Wichita Medical Research and Education Foundation (WMREF) are on site to answer questions and help connect community members with testing and resources. 💙
