Just had a pack of coyotes in back yard. Make sure your pets are accompanied by an adult when outside.

A reminder to residents that the temps have not been cold enough for the ice to freeze over on the lakes thick enough to support the weight of a human. A resident reported people on the ice on the lake today. Please be safe and stay off the ice. Make sure children are fully aware of the dangers of falling through.

Dear Neighbors,

At about 8:00 a resident passed by the pool and saw a group of teenagers who were at the pool. One of them was on top of the clubhouse roof and it looked like that person was going to jump into the pool. At 8:30 I came up to the pool and the gate was open and the door into the clubhouse was open. My fear is, is that if this person was to jump they could seriously hurt themselves. Also, getting on our roof could cause expensive damage. Please be aware of this and if any residents see this again, I would encourage them to call the police. This type of behavior will not be tolerated.
