First off, we want to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who stepped up to volunteer for Spring Fling! In the last week we have moved from having to cancel to only having a couple of empty spots for carnival games. We are so thankful for all of you!
A couple of reminders...
Item Donations
If you signed up to donate items for Cake Walk or Pop Toss, please have those to the front office tomorrow if possible, Friday morning at the very latest.
If items are homemade or not individually packaged, please separate into Ziplock bags for easy distribution during the carnival.
Raffle Baskets
Raffle baskets can be brought to the office no later than Friday morning. Please have the baskets ready for display!
As a reminder, raffle tickets will be sold Friday (at CBE) during Spring Fling as well as Saturday (at the Community Building) morning during Benton Day activities. Raffle ticket sales will close by noon on Saturday. Cash or Venmo only, please. The raffle drawing will be on Monday, April 27 and winners will be contacted by phone. Baskets will be available for pickup at CBE after the drawing.
We are including experiences in our raffle this year! These are open to CBE students and families only!
Carnival Games
If you signed up to help with a carnival game, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your shift. This will ensure you can find your game and be ready to go. The kids will be trying to come in and get started before 6 on Friday, so we need to be ready to rock!
If you are volunteering the second shift, we would appreciate if you could pick up your game before leaving. Some games are stored behind the school and are very heavy, so we could use strong individuals to help move them out at the end of the night. Many hands make light work, as they say!
