Dawn Nee and I (Mercedes Moebuis) are proud to be running for re-election to the Carroll County Republican Central Committee and will appear as # 10 & #11 on your primary ballot.
For the past two years, I have had the honor of serving as Chairwoman of the Republican Central Committee, while Dawn has been a dedicated leader within our party, committee, club and our community.
Over the past several years, we have worked tirelessly to strengthen and grow the Republican movement in Carroll County. As President and Vice President & founders of the Republican Club of Carroll County, we have helped grow our club into one of the largest and most active Republican clubs in Maryland. Together, we have focused on bringing Republicans together, building relationships, and creating opportunities for conservatives to engage, volunteer, and lead.

As members of the Carroll County Republican Central Committee, we have worked to recruit and register Republicans, support our local candidates, engage voters, get out the vote initiatives, and help ensure that Carroll County remains a stronghold for conservative values.
We have worked to unite our party, support Republican candidates at every level, and organize successful events that have educated, inspired, and energized our community. From our highly successful Lincoln Reagan Dinners and Legislative Breakfasts to community events such as the Patriot Picnic and local carnivals, we have consistently worked to promote Republican values and strengthen our grassroots network.
The political landscape in Carroll County is changing. We cannot take our Republican majority for granted. Now more than ever, we need proven conservative leadership that understands both the challenges we face and the work required to meet them.
Our mission remains the same: Keep Carroll Carroll. Keep Carroll Red.
