Big news, Westfield! Please help us welcome The Baked Bear - Westfield as a Supporting Sponsor of our 2026 Summer Reading Program!

The Baked Bear offers over a dozen baked from scratch original-recipe cookies and ice cream flavors, giving guests a chance to mix and match cookies or brownies for their top and bottom while choosing their favorite ice cream in the middle.

A big thank you to Tutu School Westfield for joining us as a Lead Sponsor to help make this year's summer reading program even better.

Tutu School Westfield is a whimsical, boutique ballet studio located at 509 Central Ave, offering creative movement and ballet classes for children aged 6 months to 8 years.

Welcome to the Westfield Makerspace, where curiosity meets creativity, and ideas become reality!

Libraries have always been centers of knowledge, but today, they are also centers of creation. This new space reflects that evolution. Here, students, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, and lifelong learners will have access to tools, technology, and most importantly a community that supports experimentation and innovation.

Whether you’re designing your first 3D model, learning to code, crafting by hand, or collaborating on something entirely new, this makerspace belongs to all of Westfield. It is a place to try, to fail, to learn, and to succeed.

We are proud to offer a space that not only keeps pace with the future, but helps our community shape it.

This would not have been possible without the leadership and support of the , , , and the library’s Board of Trustees.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting new chapter.

Our public opening will be on New Jersey Makers Day - Saturday, March 21st. Stop by and check it out!
