Here is the Barry Warner fax. He was the foam salesmen who sold the Derderians the wrong foam and it shows how their business practice was to NOT educate the customer.

The Attorney General’s Office did not make the fax public or present it to the grand jury and concealed it for more than 2-years from the Derderian’s defense team. CBS News independently confirmed this fax was withheld from the Grand Jury and never presented as evidence. Barry Warner – faced no criminal charges.

Attached are the Great White offer, contract, and rider.

Note on the rider where Michael's notes are in pen, this is when he advanced the show on the phone with Biechele. These are all the things that were discussed - as you can see there is no mention of explosives or pyrotechnics in the offer, contract or the rider.
Hand written notes in upper right corner what time GW would go on, and show times for 2 opening acts.
Also notes on how many people for lunch there would be and what time equipment would be loaded in.
There was even a note about frozen pizzas.

Please excuse the multiple pictures but FB doesn't allow PDFs on Pages.
