This was at the base of a rock outcrop in the center of the reserve

Tons of baboons and lizards all around. Didn’t see a rock python here, but a couple leopard tortoises a hundred yards or so off the base.

An incredible species on this large game reserve and veterinary research area in South Africa.

Nothing beats a long run on soft dirt in the backcountry with African mammals, monitors, ostriches, leopard tortoises, and snakes.

Due to SB 484 provision to ensure AI data centers energy costs aren’t foot by residents & the potential property tax change, the Deltona Corp is moving (or continuance) of their proposed AI data center hearing to November.

This one does not fall under the county’s recent moratorium.

What you need to know about the Infill Redevelopment Act that opens 50k acres in South Florida

And how it could be a huge opportunity to buy land to save it from development.

SB 1434 opens up golf courses, other recreation areas, and brownfield areas (places with excess pollutants or contaminated soil).

This is common with golf courses, given the nature of the site.

Please help get this word out so when developers start trying to buy a land that they can be stalled.

Adjacent land owners could be paying significantly less for the same piece of land that a developer will have to bid much higher for.

And yes, this is another method that reckless developers have pushed through the Florida legislature.
