After being reunified with her children, Mom was working to rebuild and provide for her family while facing financial challenges.

The children needed bedding, clothing, shoes, and personal essentials — and The Hands and Feet was able to step in and help provide what they needed during this important transition.

This is why your support matters. Your generosity allows us to show up every single day for children and families in our community, providing the essentials they need when they need them most.

Back-to-School Impact 🎒

This back-to-school season, 195 children impacted by the child welfare system received school uniforms through The Hands and Feet.

For each child, it was more than just a uniform. It was an opportunity to start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and cared for.

We’re so grateful for the community that makes moments like this possible.

This September, we’re collecting new pull-ups & wipes for the babies and toddlers we serve! These essentials are always in high demand and make a big difference for families in need.

After spending 6 months in the hospital, this premature, medically complex baby was placed with an aunt and uncle who stepped up without hesitation.

They were already caring for 5 children—and still opened their home to make room for one more.

The baby needed diapers, clothing, and a safe place to sleep that could accommodate their very small size. That’s where The Hands and Feet showed up.

We helped provide the essentials this family needed as they welcomed this little one home. Because that’s why we exist.

When a family says “yes” without hesitation, but doesn’t have the necessary items to care for a child, we’re here to provide the support they need to create a safe and loving space for that child.

Because saying “yes” to a child shouldn’t have to mean doing it alone.

Showing up for children also means showing up for the families who open their doors.
