Another likely influence from ancient fossils that very well could explain some monster myths of the past. Is this the Mongolian Death Worm? Possibly, or something very similar to it in fossil firm that was discovered during that time frame. The myths of dragons were most certainly influenced by the discovery of dinosaur fossils, so... 💁 Humans are very imaginative creatures and have always loved to tell exaggerated stories for entertainment and fame.
