The room was full at Ogemaw Township Hall on Wednesday, February 26th as we held our first Developer's Open House. We had developers, investors, bankers, municipal officials and property owners. Our speakers came from far and wide ~ Rich Castle from Consumers Energy, Chad Benson from MSHDA, Boone DeShano from DeShano Development, Amanda Scott from NEHMA and Office of Prosperity and Lenny Avery from NEMHA. Thank you to all that came out to start a conversation on our housing crisis. A special thank you to Consumers Energy for sponsoring our event and Griffin Beverage for providing beverages.
