Michigan's 36th State Senate District Democrats

In an election where the main issues are reproductive freedom, gun safety, and corruption, who did Democratic Party *leadership* recruit to run in State Senate District 36: An anti-woman, anti-labor, RWNJ, who is the poster boy for corruption. When more reasonable (sane) Democrats were considering running for the State Senate seat, MDP Chair Lavora Barnes and her sidekick, Crusty Jensen, stepped in and discouraged (threatened) anyone else from running. To make matters worse (as if they can get any worse), State Democrats are spending ten$ of thousand$ on a hopeless campaign (the District 36 Democratic base is ~30%), depriving more viable candidates of much needed resources. When Democrats fail to win either house of the Michigan Legislature, we will know EXACTLY who to blame: and .

Joel Sheltrown thinks he deserves a seat in the Michigan Senate. 🦕DINO Sheltrown was a max donor to Republican Rick Snyder's campaign for Governor👉That is $3400. As *Lansing City Pulse* pointed out, *Few Republican lawmakers can claim that.*😳
While he was busy giving his max donation to Snyder, Sheltrown was berating organized labor for not doing enough to help his brother hold *their* family's State House seat (his brother lost in a landslide). Most in organized labor never forgave Sheltrown for betraying the and the labor movement. Snyder's victory led to Michigan becoming a so-called state and to the elimination of our Prevailing Wage laws.
One Joe Manchin is more than enough. Say *NO* to ! Say *NO* to Joel Sheltrown.
