Founded in 1998 and part of a national network of 55 centers, the Shepherd's Center of Webster-Kirkwood-Affton region offers programs and services that help older adults be remain active, independent, engaged and socially connected.

Second Friday monthly from 1:00-2:00

Join us June 12 to discuss The Lifeboat by Charlotte Rogan.

Facilitated by Jesse Tisdale of the Oak Bend Branch, Saint Louis County Library.

Books are selected monthly by library staff and can be checked out and picked up at the Oak Bend Branch (842 S. Holmes Ave., 63122). A limited number of books can also be borrowed from the Shepherd's Center office.

We’d like to introduce our temporary office volunteer, Isadora 🐾✨

Her duties have included:
• Greeting visitors
• Accepting scratchies
• Monitoring snack and lunch activity
• Providing emotional support
• Sleeping through meetings

While she is only with us for a short visit, she’s already made herself right at home around the office. 💛🐶

🦸‍♂️🚗 Two new superheroes have joined the Shepherd’s Center Webster-Kirkwood team! Please help us welcome volunteer drivers Mike and Glenn! 🎉💙

Our volunteer drivers may not wear capes every day, but they are true community heroes — helping older adults maintain independence by providing rides to medical appointments.🏥
