I want to sincerely thank everyone that made their voice heard in this election. Whether it be words of encouragement and support or those of criticism showing what can be done better. Both are needed to keep the district moving forward in a healthy way that does the most good for the most people.

This campaign showed just how much our community cares about our schools and the complex issues that need to be addressed. I am honored to earn that trust, and I will continue doing exactly what I promised, providing transparency, strengthening special education, and delivering real results for our district.

Now I want to focus on putting the division behind us, establishing measurable goals, finding our common ground as a community and moving forward. Together for Tosa.

Our students are always watching: how we speak, how we disagree, and how we treat one another.

In our schools, we teach respect, accountability, and kindness. That shouldn’t stop at the classroom door.

We can have different perspectives. We can debate ideas. But we can, and should, do it with respect.
