At the end of Day 3 of Advance Voting there have been 2175 ballots cast in person (reflected on the graphic below) PLUS 85 Absentee Ballots returned/accepted for a grand total of 2260 or 7.07% of Oconee County's voter roll.

Republican ballots were 1974 or 87.35%
Democrat ballots were 286 or 12.65%.

In the May Primary Oconee vote 37% of its voter roll, so we've a long way to go and not too much time to do it in.

We need extraordinary turnout for Advance Voting tomorrow and Friday or Election Day on Tuesday, June 16th, may be a very long day!

Recount of the District 3 PSC Commissioners race will be held in Oconee County in June 24th at 9am at the Oconee County Administrative Bullding.

The Oconee County Board of Elections & Registration will conduct a recount for the Republican PSC District 3 General Primary contest following a recount request received by the Georgia Secretary of State's Office.

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM
📍 Location: Oconee County Administrative Building
7635 Macon Hwy.
Watkinsville, GA

The recount is being conducted pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-495(c)(1) after the margin of victory in the contest was less than one-half of one percent.

The recount is open to the public for observation and will continue until completed.
