This weekend, October 22 and 23 is the Common Ground Teen Center See-Saw Marathon.

The event benefits the WHS Teen Outreach Common Ground Teen Center located at 92 N, Main St. in Washington.

Here is the schedule of planned events. We want to thank Ashley Mullens for participating, Trinity High School (Washington, Pennsylvania) and Chartiers Houston High School SHO committee students for being a part of this event. Along with The Common Ground Teen Center for all their help.

The Center will be open starting at 4 PM on Friday October 22 till 4 PM on Saturday.

All youth are welcome to stop over and enjoy the activities planned. Hope to see you there!

Calling all 12 to 15 year old Washington County Youth! Looking for something to do? For 4 weeks the Common Ground Teen Center will be hosting 2 hour camps for FREE! See descriptions of camps below. They start on July 20! Register below through email or call Teen Outreach at 724-222-2311.

1. Chocolate Cooking Camp will not only include cooking with chocolate, but will also look at the history of chocolate and taste chocolate from around the world.
2. Arts and Crafts Camp will now be Fine Arts Camp, and will include painting murals on the Teen Center windows, using canvasses, calligraphy, Get Lit(erature) and music.
3. Games Camps where you will be all sorts of games online and in-person.
4. Nature/Birding Camp, taught by our great alumnus and Naturalist Liz Glowark, will include time at Washington Park. Each camper will receive a free binoculars.

Hello to our Common Ground Teen Center Supporters and Donors!

We are getting started on our 2021-2022 school year with some new incredible summer events to kick off this new AMAZING season!

We have tons planned, included another see-saw marathon, this Fall!

In the meantime we want to reach out and ask you to help us spread the word about our clubs, special events and social media presence.

Our amazing center is open, without restrictions in group size, for all young people aged 13 to 18!
