Soooooo, we're updating the comp plan... how are we managing all that work?

Well, we've got a small team. Just me, the City Planner (hi!), and my two interns. You'll get to know us better throughout this process!

We may be small, but we are mighty! Or at least excessively caffeinated. We have BIG plans for our next year and a half.

We'll be spending the fall and winter engaging with the Athens community. We'll be hosting monthly open houses, meeting with each neighborhood, working alongside of stakeholder groups, and meeting with city commissions.

How are we going to track all of those meetings? We're planners for a reason - we like calendars, to do lists, and organized content calendars.

We wanted to share our timeline with you all so you can get engaged every way you can. This post is just a brief summary of what we'll be doing each month, so stay tuned for more information on future meetings and engagement opportunities!
