That's right...Billions!

It’s been a while, so allow me to reintroduce myself!

I’m Ms. Tabitha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a dual degree in Organization Development and Clinical Services. With 15 years in the healthcare sector, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and organizations thrive.

My God-given passion? To see others live and embrace life in abundance, both personally and professionally. I often witness my fellow professionals serving relentlessly, with little to no tangible reward. It’s NOT okay. ✋🏾

My role in helping create abundance is serving through grant writing! This seed was planted at the mere age of 16 and birthed into fruition 8 years later. It was then watered by seasoned billion dollar awarded grant experts and mentors who took me under their beautiful wings and trained me. Truly the epitome of 1 Corinthians 3:6.🩷

So for me, it’s not just a project or a job; it’s a God given passion to see businesses like yours make greater impact in our world.

If you are reading this, congratulations! Quarter One (1) was truly one for the books!

As a healthcare business owner, you survived one of the largest healthcare disruptions faced to date, and it wasn't easy (but thanks be unto God who causes us to triumph, in ALL things)!

Business will never be the "same as usual," nor should it be. This was an appointed time to make changes in operations, as needed. This was the perfect time to learn about new systems and processes, and to always have a back up plan.
