The Committee on House Administration has issued regulations regarding Member-controlled content on social media accounts. All content on such websites must be in compliance with Federal law and House Rules and Regulations applicable to any official communications. As such, comments on my official social media accounts that include campaign information, grassroots lobbying, petitioning of any kind, and advertisements will be removed. Furthermore, the rules of the House of Representatives state that all “records created, generated, or received by the congressional office of a Member… in the performance of official duties are exclusively the personal property of the individual Member… and such Member… has control over such records.” As such, comments on this Page may be removed or restricted at any time.
