Help returning citizens start businesses and request funding for the Incarceration to Incorporation Entrepreneurship Program (IIEP)! The IIEP was passed by DC Council but was not funded. Tell Mayor Bowser DC Law 21-159 needs to be funded.

The vision of the Working Coalition is to see a fully funded and operational Incarceration to Incorporation Entrepreneurship Program in the District of Columbia.

Our mission is to build a broad-based District-wide partnership to bring attention to the status of DC Law 21-159, the potential it holds for the District’s underserved communities, and, together, pressure the Mayor and, if necessary, the Council of the District of Columbia to adequately fund the measure.
