The DC Statehood Green Party (DCSGP) is the progressive political party in Washington, DC. A state affiliate of the Green Party of the United States, our grassroots organization represents the interests of residents in the District of Columbia. We are the District’s second largest political party by vote total. We have never accepted corporate donations in our 40+-year history. Our top priority is

to usher in DC as the country's 51st state and assure democratic control and accountability over District laws and budgets (currently subject to Congressional approval). The current Chair of the DCSGP is Darryl LC Moch.
