🚨New whistleblower report🚨 The USPS is secretly creating an untested ballot-screening system to carry out Trump’s plan to undermine the midterm elections. And that could lead to tens of thousands of ballots getting thrown out.

Trump doesn't get to rig our election system because he is afraid Republicans will lose the midterms.

This is an illegal and dangerous power grab, and we will fight it in court. We cannot let Trump interfere with our elections and take away people’s fundamental right to vote.

Our parks belong to all of us.

These places should be protected for every generation, not sold off to Trump’s ultra-wealthy friends to profit off of.

I will fight this, both for Yosemite and for every treasured park that would be up for grabs if this domino falls.

The National Park Service is under pressure to make an unprecedented deal that cedes a quarter-mile strip of the park.

Let’s follow the money.

$323 million in National Park Service funding has been redirected to Trump’s pet projects in D.C. while parks across the country face staffing and funding shortages.

Federal dollars should be used where they can do the most good: maintaining our parks, supporting the people who care for them, and preserving these places for generations to come.

Americans have treasured our national parks for generations – but we can’t just celebrate them. They need support, resources, and protections to stay safe and open for everyone to enjoy.

I've spent my time in Congress working to protect our parks – by getting them the funding they need AND fighting back against Trump’s relentless attacks to strip protections and sell our parks for parts.

National Parks are part of what makes America so special, and I’ll keep up that work to make sure our parks are around for the long haul.

Not too long ago, I was sounding the alarm about Freedom 250 — a shadow corporation riddled with corruption and self-enrichment that deceived donors, solicited foreign money, sold access to the President, and awarded no-bid contracts to Trump loyalists.

So it’s concerning to see Trump’s Grand Prix on the National Mall racing under its banner.

It’s hard to imagine a better metaphor for this whole grift: Trump’s ego racing around Washington while the American people wait for answers about who has funded this operation and who has benefited.

This ego trip ends now.

Trump is a temporary resident of the People’s House. He doesn’t get to bulldoze our democracy, ignore Congress, and spend taxpayer dollars however he likes.

This is people’s hard-earned money and it isn’t just wrong, it’s illegal. I'll keep fighting to stop this pet project and hold this administration accountable.

The National Trust for Historic Preservation urged the high court to let a pause take effect. An appeals court ordered that the administration halt construction by Friday.

Trump is calling this forest giveaway ‘wildfire prevention,’ but opening millions of acres of public land to increased logging and development will only worsen the wildfire crisis.

It’s a gift to his corporate polluter buddies at the expense of our forests, wildlife, clean water, and climate. We need to keep public lands in public hands, not pave the way through them for profit.
