In one of my last floor speeches, I took some time to reflect back on my 14-year career serving as Representative for South Carolina's Third District and fighting for Conservative values. I thanked my colleagues, committee staff, congressional staff, and my Creator. It's been a privilege and honor to be part of this great American institution.
