San Diego, CA -- Dr. Igor Grant, director of the Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research (CMCR), and two other investigators published a study in the most recent issue of The Open Neurology Journal, which concluded that the Schedule I classification of ma*****na is "not tenable."

On September 15, Elvy Musikka was confronted and harassed by Oregon State Police in Ontario, OR. The officer seized her medicine, interrogated her, and stated firmly he did not believe she was a medical ma*****na patient despite her providing the proper paperwork.
