The District of Columbia Autism Society(DCASA) is an affiliate of the Autism Society of America. For more than thirty years, parents, teachers, and other professionals have advocated for appropriate education, services, and opportunities to ensure that all persons on the autism spectrum have a high quality of life in their own communities. ts with identifying appropriate placements for their children and finding qualified and knowledgeable doctors, therapists and other professionals to assist them in obtaining maximum achievement. In addition, members have given speeches, led workshops, and seminars.
