I am a retired United States Air Force General and was most recently the Commander of Air Force Global Strike Command from August 21, 2018 to August 27, 2021. At the same time, I was Commander of Air Forces Strategic – Air, United States Strategic Command. erved as Director of Global Energy Programs in the Air Force Assistant Secretary's Office of Procurement at US Air Force Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
