2- Go to google and research " Banks Near me " . When you find a bank branch locator, find 4-6 Banks that's have 10 or less branches ( lenient underwriting ) .

Did you know the federal government spends roughly $300–$350 million a year to help nonprofits strengthen their security?
It’s called the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP).
It’s funded through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and administered by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
This grant exists in every state.
Nonprofits can typically receive up to $150,000 per physical location to upgrade security.
That includes things like:
• Cameras
• Access control systems
• Lighting
• Reinforced doors
• Alarm systems
• Security improvements
I personally know several organizations that have been awarded this grant.

All IT, Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity positions fall under the 2210 job series. Here’s a breakdown of paygrades to help guide your applications:

Note: 2210 positions skips paygrades: GS6, GS8 and GS10

🔹 GS-5 to GS-8 → Entry-level positions

Perfect if you have less than 5 years of experience.

🔹 GS-9 to GS-11 → Mid-level positions

For applicants with 5+ years of experience. These often include project leadership and light supervisory duties.

🔹 GS-12 to GS-14 → Senior-level positions

Requires 10+ years of experience, typically involving high-level decision-making, strategy, and management.

🔹 GS-15 to SES → Executive leadership

Top-tier roles focused on strategic leadership, policy, and agency-wide impact.

💡 Promotion Tip:

You only need 12 months in your current paygrade to be eligible to apply for the next one. With solid annual performance reviews, you’ll also advance through steps each year (Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3, etc.).

You can connect Canva through Agent Mode using the connector:

1. In ChatGPT, switch to Agent Mode.

2. Go to Connectors in the left panel.

3. Find and select Canva from the list of available connectors.

4. Click Connect and sign into your Canva Pro account.

5. Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT to create or edit Canva designs directly, and it will pull results from your Canva account.

It’s Ga legal services and they get you in contact with DCA for rental assistance. You have to behind in rent and facing eviction so get with your landlord and let them know if you get through to them.

They only take 15 calls on those two days and it’s from 9am-12noon. You have to call at 9 on the dot and just hold until someone picks up.

The phone will go silent but still hold. If no one picks up by 12 then hang up and call again on the next day which would be Monday and Wednesday only.

Funding will end at the end of September because they are running out of funds so just keep calling and holding until you get through.

You have to file federally. That's either a 1023 or 1023ez form with the IRS. You are only state recognized until then.
