Criminal prosecution is not the same as military action.

No one is above the law, but neither is the Constitution optional.

If crimes are alleged, they must be addressed through the justice system: with evidence, due process, and respect for both U.S. and international law. Using military force as a substitute for lawful prosecution is not accountability. It’s escalation.

This is not leadership.
It is the normalization of unchecked power.

And that is a precedent we cannot afford.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Statement from U.S. Senate Candidate Brandi Hall regarding overnight developments in Venezuela:

The President of the United States does not have the authority to unilaterally declare war or launch military action. That power is explicitly vested in Congress by the Constitution. Bypassing it is not “strong leadership” it is a violation of the law.

This is not about defending any foreign regime or excusing corruption. It is about defending the Constitution and the rule of law.

Illegal military escalation does not help the Venezuelan people. It places civilians in harm’s way, destabilizes entire regions, and risks pulling Americans into conflicts they never authorized and never voted for.

The Constitution cannot be ignored because it is politically inconvenient. A President does not get to start a war to distract from failures at home, nor claim moral authority abroad while breaking the law at home.

We can and must condemn authoritarianism and condemn illegal war. Anything less is a failure of leadership.

The Constitution is not optional.
Not for Donald Trump.
Not for any President.

Mental health is not optional.
Mental health is not a luxury.
Mental health is healthcare.

This National Mental Wellness Month, we’re reminding Washington of something that millions of Americans already know: access to mental health care can be the difference between survival and struggle.

As U.S. Senator, Brandi Hall will fight to:
✔️ Expand access to affordable mental health care
✔️ End the stigma around mental illness
✔️ Treat mental health with the same urgency as physical health
✔️ Ensure no one is left behind because they can’t afford help

We deserve a system that puts people first — not profits.

Join us in standing up for mental wellness, dignity, and care for all. đź’™

When childcare is defunded, families pay the price.

Providers close.
Jobs are lost.
Parents are forced out of the workforce.

That isn’t failure — it’s a choice.

Childcare is infrastructure. When we invest in it, providers stay open, parents can work, children are safe and learning, and our economy grows.

I’m running to do the opposite:
✔️ Keep childcare providers open
✔️ Create jobs
✔️ Support working families
✔️ Put children first

I choose families.

✨ Happy New Year, Virginia ✨

A new year gives us a moment to reflect and to be honest about where we are.

Another year behind us.
The same broken systems.
The same leadership that created the mess telling us to be patient.

Real change doesn’t come from the same voices, the same politics, or the same excuses.

In 2026, we have a choice.

We can choose different leadership.
Leadership that listens.
Leadership that works for people, not special interests.
Leadership that is ready to fix what’s broken.

I’m running for U.S. Senate because Virginia deserves better and because together, we can build it.

Here’s to a new year, new hope, and real change. 🇺🇸

Too many Americans are being denied medical care not because it’s unsafe, but because the system is broken.

Pain patients are treated like criminals.
People are judged, ignored, or dismissed because of bias.

Doctors are afraid to help.

That’s why I wrote the Medical Dignity & Pain Care Restoration Act.
This bill: âś” Treats patients with respect
âś” Eliminates medical bias and stigma
âś” Stops forced cut-offs of pain medication
âś” Separates pain care from addiction care
âś” Protects ethical doctors
Pain is not a crime.
Bias has no place in medicine.
Needing care is not weakness.

People Over Party.
