Mayor Bobby Dyer is so out of touch with residents. This reads like he has dementia and is severely detached from reality. The guy did less than four years in the Marines and it's the only 'accomplishment' he has. There is not one thing Dyer has done for residents of this city. Discuss...

Yes. An additional 10 dBs on take-off- placing Dragas Companies 40 acres in the over 75 dB noise contour in the ITA. Yes, that is where they take off. They approach from the south. The city knew full well Naval Air Station Oceana is dead center of an environmental impact study to expand the AICUZ. They are willing to risk the safety of pilots and residents in order to give Dragas public land.
Will city council members who voted in favor of 659 additional residential structures in what will be over 75 decibels admit they knew exactly what they were doing? Or, will they admit the city attorney once again hid pertinent information to directly harm residents?

Mayor Bobby Dyer is so full of 💩 if he cared about all residents he wouldn't allow developers to violate the zoning ordinances that protect all residents. Instead he allows shoddy builders to run roughshod throughout the city which harms everyone- even those who purchased the property. Remember Asheville Park? Who's paying for that? Not the builders. Remember that no impact provision we voted for? Spoiler alert that's merely complying with state law. Dyer and the Virginia Beach City Government went above and beyond to make sure their builders can harm everyone, violate all laws, and stick us with the never-ending bill SHAME ON YOU BOBBY DYER! If you hadn't slipped inside a waitress you wouldn't be paying off the blackmail file TowneBank has on you with your never ending 🐂💩

Edit- for context Mayor Bobby Dyer forgot he works for THE PUBLIC which all started when TowneBank assisted him in covering up his affair in 2020 by financing the residence they used for their affair. Since then he's been indebted to TowneBank and no longer the representative he was prior. We've had the information the entire time (names, dates, deeds) but wanted to give Bobby the benefit of the doubt. The affair with this specific woman is over. But given Dyer's most recent spiel of bs- the public cannot give them the benefit of the doubt as they will always fk us over for $$$.
FBI - Norfolk was given this information years ago since TowneBank is involved. They have done nothing. The corruption in Virginia Beach is out of control.
