Sheridan Fire Department Ice Rescue Training 2026.

Overwatch Recovery & Imagery was thankful to be a part of the team assisting the Sheridan Community Fire Department during their recent ice rescue training. Our role included providing aerial support, scene lighting from the air, and added situational awareness using drone technology. We also assisted with establishing a command post where firefighters could monitor team progress in real time. During one scenario, thermal imaging technology was utilized to quickly locate simulated trapped persons, helping enhance the realism and effectiveness of the training.Opportunities like this are important for building readiness, teamwork, and strong partnerships between agencies. We appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the Sheridan Community Fire Department and are grateful for the opportunity to support their training efforts.— Overwatch Recovery & Imagery 🚒❄️🚁
