Indian River County Housing Services is proud to introduce the first issue of our Landlord Spotlight, created to recognize the landlords and property managers who partner with Indian River County Housing Services to expand access to safe, affordable housing through our HCV Program.

For our first feature, we are highlighting Bonnie Matz, Executive Director of St. Francis Manor of Vero Beach . St. Francis Manor is a nonprofit senior housing community in Vero Beach that has been serving local seniors for more than 50 years. Through their partnership with the Housing Choice Voucher program, Bonnie and her team help seniors on fixed incomes find housing that is safe, affordable, and rooted in community. We are so grateful for St. Francis Manor’s continued partnership and commitment to Indian River County residents!
