Stony Creek Kids' is the Children's Ministry of Stony Creek Church in Utica, MI. At SCKids, we are passionate about guiding children to follow Jesus every day.

We are dedicated to teaching His children the truth of Christ Jesus in an environment that is emotionally, physically, and spiritually safe. We believe that a child’s journey with Jesus should be vibrant, imaginative, and deeply rooted in their hearts. Our ministry is designed to inspire kids to love God and others through engaging, creative, and age-appropriate experiences that spark curiosity an

d foster spiritual growth. We understand the importance of partnering with families in this mission. Together, we strive to initiate and nurture a lasting relationship with Christ, equipping kids with the Biblical tools they need for life. Through intentional discipleship and environments that prioritize family connection, we aim to empower parents as the primary faith leaders in their children’s lives. At SCKids, we are committed to creating spaces where children feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Whether it’s through dynamic teaching, interactive activities, or meaningful worship, our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere where kids can experience the joy and wonder of following Jesus.

Can you imagine doing something that impacts the whole world? This week GO! kids are learning 1 John 2:2. It teaches us that Jesus paid for the sins of the whole world through his death, burial, and resurrection.

This Sunday, we’re encouraging our SCKids to memorize:

❤️ God’s love freely given to us in Jesus.

Practice it together at home this week and help your child get ready to share it with us on Sunday!

August calendars are available on the Parent Resource Wall, so be sure to grab one to follow along with each week’s quest. Let’s memorize it, live it, and share it! 🎮❤️

Dont forget, this Sunday our kids lead worship at our Outdoor Service! If we have some inclement weather, our backup plan is to move indoors. :-)

Practice our songs at home, and be ready to use the amazing gifts God gave you to lead our church in worship this Sunday!
