There's nothing quite like the first taste of something you've raised yourself. We finally cooked one of our fresh Cornish hens up the other day, and one bite in, we understood why people talk about farm-fresh flavor the way they do 😋. It's just... different. Next year I’ll only be raising 40 of these birds, so if you want one, preorders are open on the website now for 2027.

Ice Cream Containers : Cardboard containers are more biodegradable but often need a thin plastic lining to stay moisture-resistant. Plastic containers seal better against freezer burn and are easier to recycle in areas with good recycling infrastructure, but take much longer to break down if they end up in a landfill. There are pros and cons to both — which do you prefer?
