Cambridge Public School District (Official Site) is hosting their last Community Social of the school year tonight!

Come celebrate the end of the school year and access resources to help prevent the “Summer Slide.” Families will connect with the CPS Family and Community Engagement Team and our community partners.

There will be activities, ice cream, summer learning resources, and more!

June is almost here and that means it's time to get ready for Hoops 'N' Health! 🏀

It's on Saturday, June 13 at Hoyt Field! The basketball tournament is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the Family Health Fair is from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The heat/rain date is Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Join Center for Families and Let's Talk Cambridge for our last Messy Marvels Outdoor Drop-In Playgroup for the Spring is this Saturday, May 22nd at Newtowne Court Playground from 10:00 am - 11:30 am.

Playgroup is for children ages 15 months - 4 years old and their parents. Siblings are welcome!

Water play is on!

Cool Off! Cambridge Waterplay Features Are Now Open! 💧🥵

With temperatures expected to rise into the 90s today, the City of Cambridge is excited to welcome the return of waterplay season! Waterplay features at many neighborhood parks and playgrounds are now open for the summer and offer a fun, free way for kids to cool off and stay active. 😅🌡️

Children of all ages can splash, spray, and play in a variety of water features—like splash pads, sprinklers, and spouts—available seven days a week at select locations. 🌊☀️
